I've been tutoring for 25 years. Within that time frame, I've taught full-time (Colorado and California), gone to graduate school, and coached swimming, as well as worked as a consultant for two educational software firms.

 

I completely individualize my teaching methods and approach to suit your child's needs, for the simple reason that your child is not a cog, but a living, thinking, unique person, and deserves to be treated as such. I only take on ten students at a time in order to maximize their schedule and to ensure my availability. Students typically meet with me twice a week; but again, each student is unique. If your student needs three times a week, or more, then we can arrange it. If he or she needs only once a week, that works too.

 

I don't offer contracts and I don't assess testing fees. I reward long-term loyalty with reduced rates and I offer pre-paid packages that are extremely competitive with any tutor in San Diego County, whether they are professional or not.
